Fulfillment Policy for DBA Rock It Growth Agency

At Jet Pack Consulting LLC, DBA Rock It Growth Agency, we are committed to delivering coaching, consulting, and marketing support services with transparency and excellence. We use Stripe as our secure payment processor for all client transactions.

Service Fulfillment

All services Jet Pack Consulting LLC, DBA Rock It Growth Agency, provides are fulfilled digitally and/or virtually. Once payment is processed:

  • Coaching Clients will receive an onboarding email within 24–48 hours containing a scheduling link, a welcome packet, and next steps.

  • Consulting Clients will receive a kickoff call invite within 3 business days to align on goals, deliverables, and timelines.

  • Marketing Services Clients will receive a welcome email and access to their content calendar and call schedule within 3 business days.

All coaching, consulting, and strategy sessions are conducted via Zoom unless otherwise agreed.

Delivery Timeframe

  • Services typically begin within 1–5 business days from payment receipt.

  • Email support is available throughout the engagement period.

  • Customized deliverables (content calendars, strategy decks, or lead magnets) are completed within the agreed-upon timeline shared during your kickoff call.

Communication

We maintain regular communication via email and Zoom. All clients are encouraged to reach out with questions at chris@rockitgrowthagency.com

Refund & Cancellation Policy

Because our services are time-based and capacity-limited, we do not offer refunds once services have begun.

However:

  • You may cancel or reschedule any 1:1 session with at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If you need to pause your service due to personal or professional reasons, please contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate.
