Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Rock It Growth Agency, we understand that life happens. Here’s our simple policy on cancellations and refunds for coaching services:

  • You may cancel or reschedule a session up to 24 hours in advance with no penalty.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your session will be considered a missed appointment and are non-refundable.

  • All coaching sessions and packages are non-refundable once purchased.

  • If you purchase a package and are unable to use all sessions, you may request to transfer remaining sessions to a future date or another person (with prior approval).

  • If you miss a scheduled session without prior notice, it will be considered a no-show and will not be refunded or rescheduled.

If you have any questions or need help rescheduling, please email chris@rockitgrowthagency.com

  • Once your payment is received, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your session via our online booking system.

  • All coaching sessions are delivered virtually via Zoom unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

  • Session prep materials or follow-up resources (if included) will be sent to your email within 48 hours of your session.
